Former Amazon Worker Denied LTD Benefits After Warehouse Accident

Even after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, CRPS, and chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) by his treating rheumatologist, Hartford saw fit to terminate our client’s disability benefits two years later, despite extensive medical evidence of our client’s disability.

We are confident that given a second, good faith look, [his] continued entitlement to disability benefits will be clear.”
