Dabdoub Attorney Quirino Successfully Appeals to Lincoln on Texas Client’s Behalf
After her benefits were wrongfully terminated in December 2022, a resident of Austin, Texas turned to our disability insurance lawyers for assistance. Attorney Emily Quirino wasted no time in informing Lincoln that their termination of benefits was unjust and unreasonable, stating that her client’s disabling chronic pain conditions “have not changed” since she submitted her first appeal in June 2022.

In the FCE results, the physician notes, “By day 2, she presented with noticeable cognitive impairments in verbal expression, sequencing, and attention to task. The client demonstrated sharp physical and cognitive decline...Her performance on day 1 was not sustainable.”
Our client's primary care physician, Dr. Brynna Connor, M.D., also confirmed the severity of the disability. For years, she witnessed her patient's physical condition “deteriorate to the point that she is no longer able to work due to chronic debilitating pain.”
